BEFORE YOU START:

Please ensure you have set up an account on this platform.

This platform is called Teachable and is NOT directly connected to your NOWCA profile on ACTiO/KScan.

Before you can access these courses, you will be asked to log in.

You can create a free account if you do not already have one.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

If you do not already have a Teachable account, simply click Sign Up at the top of this page.
Please use the email address associated with your NOWCA account as this will allow NOWCA to match up and update your profile if needed, particularly for the Onsite Cold Water Induction course.
When you create an account, you will receive an activation email from Teachable asking you to verify your account – be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Once you have created a Teachable account and completed the activation, you are ready to start your online education.
You can now log in and access all of our available resources.

HOW TO APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE:

Some of our courses require payment.
If you have a discount code for your chosen course, enter it under coupon code.
Then click apply coupon. If you have copied and pasted the code, make sure there are no spaces.
Check the course price is reduced accordingly.
Do not proceed without first entering the code and applying the coupon, otherwise you will be charged the full price.
After you’ve completed the course, download your certificate and save this to your phone in case you need to show proof of completion at a later time.

ONLINE COLD WATER INDUCTION

If you complete the Online Cold Water Induction course, your NOWCA profile will be updated within 14 days to show you have completed a cold water induction.
If you need your profile to be updated sooner, please ask the Venue Manager to update your profile onsite when you arrive and register for your swim.
You may be asked to show your completion certificate so please have a printed copy or the screenshot on your phone.
