LEVEL 1 - Contains 16 Chapters going into depth to breakdown and improve your swimming technique, using video and written guides and training tools. Great for any swimmer but particularly designed to set you up for Open Water Swimming.



LEVEL 2 Contains 13 video based lessons - designed to improve your confidence and technique in the open water.

The goal of this course is to get you self-coaching as much as possible. When you need help, we are always available or we can point you in the right direction. Even though you can make unbelievable strides there will never be a complete substitute (at some point) for contact time with either a third eye or a coach.

As you develop your stroke, your fitness and confidence will also improve! We carefully introduce techniques, training methods and the programme. You will develop in your own time and progress to practising open water swimming techniques in a pool getting you prepared to transition to open water. 

We have included an 12 week training programme in two 6 week blocks to follow using key progressive elements and phases to maximise your time in the water.

All you need to do now is read a little, watch the videos, pick up the 'simple' concept and implement everything in your own time and at your own pace.

It will be fun and motivating as you feel yourself becoming a more accomplished swimmer in preparation for your open water journey.

The courses are broken down into easy to follow smaller lessons - so don't worry if it looks like a lot!

This will be a resource that you can and will want to refer back to again and again.
